Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DataCert.ai ("Service"), operated by Verity One Ltd. DBA DataCert.ai ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
DataCert.ai provides identity verification services on the XRP Ledger, including wallet ownership verification, domain-wallet binding, business KYB verification, AI agent registration, and Trust Data API access. Verification is performed via cryptographic signature (Xaman or GemWallet) and on-chain domain binding.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet keys. We never request, store, or transmit your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
Wallet verification uses a cryptographic SignIn pseudo-transaction. No funds are moved during verification. By verifying your wallet, you represent that you are the rightful owner or authorized controller of the XRPL account.
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas per your subscription tier. Included calls reset monthly. Overage charges apply beyond your included allocation at the per-call rate specified in your plan.
AI agents registered under a Trust Pair inherit trust from the parent verified business. You are responsible for the actions of AI agents registered under your account. Agents must not be used for fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized transactions.
You may not use the Service to:
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Verification records are stored with audit trails including IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps for security purposes.
Verification bindings (wallet-domain pairs) are recorded on the XRP Ledger, which is a public, immutable, decentralized ledger. On-chain data cannot be deleted once published. You acknowledge and consent to this when completing verification.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and verification results depend on the accuracy of on-chain data and domain configuration maintained by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, lost profits, or data loss.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
